Your tools don't talk to each other. Neither do the people who run them.
The freelancer who writes your blog never reads your support inbox. Your CRM has no idea what's on your website. Betterfy keeps one record of your business, so what one part notices, the others use.

Each tool has its own person and its own blind spot. Betterfy has one record.

- CRM
- Help desk
- Scheduler
- Forms
- Analytics
Separate tools, separate people, and nobody holding the whole picture.
One record. What one part notices, the others use.

| Part | What it sees |
|---|---|
| Blog | Topics come from the questions your customers ask and the searches on your site. |
| Customer list | Every form, chat, booking and customer question lands on one history per person. |
| Customer questions | A question that's really a sales lead goes to your customer list with a follow-up drafted. |

What "learning" means here
Blog topics follow the keywords that actually brought visitors.
Every prediction is checked against the measured result, and the hit rate is shown to you.
When you test two versions, the winner is the one that brought more inquiries, bookings or sales. Free guides are judged on paying customers.
Suggestions you keep rejecting stop coming.
Connected doesn't mean unsupervised.
Betterfy drafts and you approve, from the morning email in one tap. Skip a draft, or undo it later. The one exception is the blog: on a live site, a draft you leave untouched publishes after 7 days unless you switch on "require review".

What it doesn't do yet
- These connections run inside Betterfy. Tools you keep outside it (your booking system, your email tool) connect by webhook, not natively.
- Some connections need a setting turned on first. The connection says which.
- Betterfy drafts and suggests. It doesn't run your business unattended.
